Transform Energy Partners with UKSOL to Bring British Solar Brand to Kenya

Nairobi, Kenya – 3rd March 2026 – Pan-African energy solutions firm Transform Energy Limited has partnered with UKSOL Limited to bring British-engineered solar technology to Kenya.

Under a three-year agreement, Transform Energy becomes the exclusive national distributor for UKSOL’s photovoltaic (PV) modules, giving Kenyan installers and developers direct access to high-quality solar products for commercial and infrastructure projects. The partnership also introduces ESG-compliant supply chain standards and product warranties backed by UK consumer law.

Bilha Ndirangu, CEO of Transform Energy Limited, said the collaboration will help accelerate renewable energy deployment across Kenya and East Africa by providing businesses with reliable solar technology.

Andrew Moore, Founder and CEO of UKSOL Ltd, said the agreement strengthens UKSOL’s presence in East Africa and supports the region’s transition to dependable, high-quality solar power.

With more than 600 million people in Africa still lacking access to electricity, the partnership aims to support Kenya’s ambition of achieving universal electricity access by 2030 through a combination of international solar technology and local market expertise.
