The APsystems EZ1-M Microinverter is a compact, high-performance solution designed for small-scale solar installations, including garden-mounted and balcony solar systems.

Supporting up to two solar panels, the EZ1-M delivers a maximum AC output of 799VA (approximately 800VA) and features two independent Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) channels to optimise energy generation from each connected panel.

With built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, users can easily monitor their solar generation in real time through the AP EasyPower app, providing convenient access to system performance from their smartphone.

Smart Solar Monitoring

The EZ1-M features integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing users to monitor their solar installation through the AP EasyPower app.

Installation Information

Professional electrical installation required.

This product is supplied as a standalone microinverter and must be hardwired to a suitable electrical circuit by a qualified, registered electrician.

Installation must comply with the manufacturer's instructions, applicable UK electrical regulations, including BS 7671, and relevant Distribution Network Operator (DNO) connection requirements.

For eligible installations covered by Engineering Recommendation G98, the DNO must normally be notified within 28 days of commissioning. Installations requiring prior approval must follow the appropriate application procedure.

Please note: This standalone microinverter is not supplied as a complete, certified UK plug-in solar kit and must not be connected directly to a standard household socket. The simplified plug-in connection rules apply only to systems meeting the relevant UK product and connection requirements.

Important Usage Restrictions

Not suitable for rooftop installation.

The APsystems EZ1 series is intended for suitable balcony and ground-mounted solar applications. The manufacturer states that rooftop installation is not permitted and will invalidate the product warranty.

Customers should ensure that their proposed installation is suitable before purchasing.

Manufacturer Warranty

The APsystems EZ1-M is eligible for a 12-year manufacturer's limited warranty, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

To qualify, the product must be registered through the AP EasyPower app or another application authorised by APsystems.

Warranty eligibility also depends on correct installation, intended use and the manufacturer's applicable sales and warranty conditions.
