UKSOL Teams Up with Energoinvest to Power New Markets

UKSOL Energy, the UK-based solar PV module producer, has announced a strategic partnership with Bosnian energy infrastructure company Energoinvest [SAJ:ENIS], marking a significant step forward in expanding UKSOL’s presence across the Balkan region and deepening collaboration on global energy projects.

Under the agreement, Energoinvest will act as the exclusive distributor of UKSOL’s solar panels in the Balkans. The two companies also plan to work together on energy infrastructure projects in the Middle East and Africa, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia—a market where UKSOL has already established a successful track record.

“The combination of UKSOL's technological know-how and international experience with our expertise in projecting and engineering represents a strong synergy, especially in the context of large infrastructure projects in Gulf countries,” said Energoinvest CEO Mirza Ustamujic.

Energoinvest, with a global presence in 105 countries, brings decades of experience in delivering turnkey energy infrastructure solutions.

This partnership is expected to accelerate solar energy adoption across emerging markets while supporting UKSOL’s mission to provide reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective solar technology worldwide.
